Chathuri C Mohan
Founder, GoSoulve
Ms. Chathuri Chandramohan, Founder of GOSOULVE, brings 12+ years of experience in business and human rights, social compliance, stakeholder engagement, and policy-driven research across corporate, agricultural, and development sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Madras. She has worked with global organizations including Impactt, SGS India, and International Resources for Fairer Trade, and has collaborated with leading brands such as L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, and Walt Disney. Through her work, she has led human rights impact assessments, social audits, and large-scale field studies, gaining extensive exposure to ethical trade, labour standards, and sustainable supply chain practices.

Geethanjali V G
Growth & Operations
Geethanjali V G is a social work professional specializing in Youth and Community Development, with experience in research, community engagement, and program implementation. She has worked with organizations such as TAHDCO, TNUHDB, and the Center for Community Development and Action, focusing on livelihood development and social inclusion of marginalized communities. As a Program Executive Officer at Salem Desai Foundation Trust, she coordinated skill training programs and managed multi-center operations. Her work includes research on urban informal workers, SHG women, and vulnerable communities. Passionate about social impact, she applies evidence-based and participatory approaches to drive sustainable and inclusive development initiatives

Bhawna Solanki
External Consultant
Ms Bhawna Solanki has 16+ years of experience in strategy development, portfolio management, partnerships and policy research across climate sustainability, corporate social responsibility, academic and development sectors. She has an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development (Univ. of Bradford) and an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship (NMIMS). As a Rotary Peace Fellow, she worked on a policy brief at the Quaker United Nations Office (QUNO) and Forum on Trade, Environment and the SDGs (TESS), during which she had the opportunity to observe policy dialogues at the United Nations and WTO. This gave her firsthand exposure to high-level diplomacy and international policymaking in the areas of climate, sustainability and trade.

Taveshi Manohar
External Consultant
Ms. Taveshi Manohar is a sustainability and development professional with over 15 years of experience in sustainability standards, ethical supply chains, organizational capacity building, and impact-driven program management. She brings deep expertise in designing systems and policies, strengthening institutional frameworks on sustainability compliance and safeguarding, and leading MEL processes for organizations across the development and corporate responsibility sectors.
With a Master’s in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), a Bachelor’s in Agriculture, and UGC NET qualification, Taveshi has worked extensively across Indian and global contexts. Her work combines strategic thinking with strong implementation experience, enabling organizations to build robust, scalable, and impact-oriented systems aligned with evolving responsible business practices.
